Do I need a partner?
No. Tantra starts with the relationship you have with yourself. If you're single, this is the best way to prepare for the lover you're calling in.
I'm in a relationship. Is this for me?

Do I keep access?

Is this explicit? Will I be on camera?
Never. All practices are done privately, on your own time. On live calls, you can keep your camera off or join anonymously.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a guided, educational experience that's therapeutic in nature. For over 5,000 years, Tantra has worked with breath, sound, and movement. Modern trauma healing uses those same three tools. The OM Method brings both worlds together.
